ART FUN WEEK

Our young artists marblized papers, made pinwheels, marble mazes, penny spinners and more!

SKATEBOARD DECK DESIGN

ran for a second week with instructor Erik Lomen

and a creative group of young skateboard designers!

SKATEBOARD DECK DESIGN

was taught by Erik Lomen, a senior art student from

Montserrat College of Art.

We looked at skateboard graphics and watched videos for inspiration!

Each artist came up with their original design through a sketch, which was then transferred and painted onto a wooden deck.

With the use of recycled materials and alot of imagination

our young artists designed and constructed their own robot!

"DRAWING AND PAINTING ANIMALS"

THIS WEEK WAS A HUGE SUCCESS THANKS TO

OUR INCREDIBLE LIVE MODELS!

We started the week with a life drawing lesson in pencil with our model

"PEACH" the chicken.

"TIFFANY" the rabbit was our model on Tuesday.

We worked in acrylic paint on recycled board.

and "TWIX" the guinea pig was so happy to be in the studio too!

"LOLA" the mini horse arrived on Wednesday morning.

Our artists worked in oil pastel on black paper!

Handsome "OLIVER" modeled for us on Thursday.

He came to us with past modeling experience and it showed!

We ended the week with "HENRY" who loved to

hold 5 and 10 minute poses with no problem at all.

This class completed the week with a portfolio of drawings and paintings!
